Event Planning

All Inclusive Event Planning Package
*A-Z planning from start to finish. *I will be provided for you on your event day from start to finish. *Unlimited phone calls, vendor meetings and in person or zoom appointments as scheduled and needed. *Management of budget with budget tracker. *Complete Event Design and layout. *Venue Walkthroughs as needed. *Detailed timeline of all logistics and events. *Manage and book vendors (facilitate day of event) per your instructions I will be available in person or by telephone during the entire wedding day and process leading up to your wedding to assist vendors with any problems or questions. *Examine, negotiate, and finalize vendor contracts. .*Manage vendor & décor setup at the Venue *Facilitate the event space *Check for any items necessary to properly conduct the Event. *Place table names, place cards, favors, toasting glass & serving set per your instructions. *Coordinate entertainment and all announcements/events during event. *Ensure payment of vendor tips & balances. *Pack up any personal or rented items, gifts/cards and ensure they go in the designated vehicles. *Be prepared to meet any emergency situations that may arise

Partail Event Planning
8 hours of service on your Event day (additional hours of service may be added an additional fee).
*Prepare the event timeline with client (2-3 hour in person or over the phone 1-4 weeks prior to the event). *Manage event vendors (day of event) per your instructions I will be available in person during the contracted hours on the event day to assist vendors with any problems or questions. *Examine, negotiate, and finalize vendor contracts. *Unlimited phone calls and emails. *Examine your plans and help finalize all event details and logistics for the event day on anything you may be forgetting. *Finalize personal touches and creative concepts. *Finalize and help seek any additional vendors still needed to facilitate the event day. *Walk through of the venue to execute a floor plan of the event. *Assist with collecting and sending in venue/vendor policies and insurance needed. *Oversee and Guide on Budget Tracker if needed. *Manage vendor & décor setup at event site. *Organize & distribute all personal flowers to family members & special guests. *Facilitate the event. *Coordinate entertainment and all announcements/events with your DJ/MC team during reception. *Ensure payment of vendor tips & balances. *Pack up any personal or rented items, gifts/cards and ensure they go in the*designated vehicle (if choosing to keep your coordinator until the end of the event). *Be prepared to meet any emergency situation that may arise.

Day Of Coordination
*Prepare the event timeline with client (2-3 hour in person or over the phone 1-4 weeks prior to the event). *Manage vendors (day of event) per your instructions – I will be available in person during the contracted hours on the event day to assist vendors with any problems or questions. *Manage event. *Manage vendor & décor setup *Organize & distribute all decor & flowers to locations & special guests. *Facilitate the event. *Check for any items necessary to properly conduct the event. *Oversee attendants. *Make sure that everything is staged picture perfect. *Assist with client's personal décor setup as long the venue gives us the allotted time needed. *Place table names, place cards, favors, toasting glass & serving set per your instructions. *Coordinate entertainment and all announcements/events with your DJ/MC team during event if needed. *Ensure payment of vendor tips & balances. *Pack up any personal or rented items, gifts/cards and ensure they go in the*designated vehicle (if choosing to keep your coordinator until the end of the event). *Be prepared to meet any emergency situation that may arise.
